Last updated September 2026. Short version: we store what we need to run your clubhouse, we don't sell it, and you can take it or delete it.
When you sign in with Discord we store your Discord user id, username / display name, avatar hash, OAuth tokens (to refresh your server list), and the list of guilds Discord sent us. After that, we store what you write and upload in the clubhouse: Social threads and replies, Cool Stuff posts, things people make, albums, Hall of Fame nominations, arcade scores, Game Night matches, event RSVPs, and a short profile (bio, pronouns).
We also keep presence timestamps ("who's hanging out"), audit logs for mod actions, and error reports (Sentry) if the operator has configured them. We do not sell this, we do not run ads, and we do not train models on your posts.
Membership is gated on Discord server membership. Tokens let us refresh that without making you re-login every hour. Everything else is the clubhouse itself.
Members of a linked Discord server can see that clubhouse's content. Server mods/admins can moderate it. The site operator can see what they need to keep the lights on and to restore from backup. We don't share your data with other companies except the obvious infrastructure (hosting, object storage for backups, Sentry if enabled).
We keep your account and content until you delete them or the clubhouse is unlinked. Off-box backups (database dump + media) are retained for 14 days, then dropped.
You can download a JSON export of your content from your profile, and you can delete your account there too. Deletion is immediate in the live database and cascades to your posts; backups age out on the 14-day window. Discord users must meet Discord's own age rules (13+ in most places).
A session cookie so you stay signed in. That's it. No third-party trackers.
